At PCPL Book Store, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be returned within 7–15 days of delivery.
The book(s) must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Only damaged, incorrect, or defective items are eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Digital downloads or eBooks
Items purchased on clearance or marked “Final Sale”
Personalized or custom-made books
Books showing signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by us
3. How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return shipping instructions.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item sent).
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch only. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
