Welcome to PCPL Book Store. This Billing Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payment, billing, invoicing, and related financial transactions on our website.

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
Net Banking
UPI/Google Pay/PhonePe
Wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay, etc.)
Cash on Delivery (if applicable and available in your location)

All payments must be completed in full before an order is processed or dispatched.

2. Billing Process

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your purchase.
A tax invoice will be generated and sent to your registered email upon successful payment.
Orders are processed only after the payment is verified.

3. Currency & Taxes

All transactions are processed in INR/USD.
Prices listed include applicable GST/VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Any additional customs or import duties (for international orders) will be the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Payment Security

We use trusted and secure payment gateways to ensure your payment details are safe and encrypted. We do not store your credit/debit card information on our servers.

5. Failed or Declined Transactions

If your payment fails or is declined:

Please retry using another method.
Ensure all billing details are correct.
If the amount is debited but not reflected in your order, contact us immediately.

6. Disputed Charges

If you notice any unauthorized charges or billing errors, please notify us within 7 days of the transaction date. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable time.

7. Subscription & Recurring Billing (If Applicable)

If your account is part of a recurring billing plan (e.g., monthly book subscription), the charges will be automatically deducted based on the plan terms. You may cancel the subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
